Dear Parents,

It's sort of hard to believe that Christmas break is almost here! That was fast! I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas. Despite the busyness and stress that the holidays sometimes bring, I hope that the birth of Christ and God's plan for redemption through His Son brings you incredible joy over the next few weeks. Merry Christmas!

Please don't forget that on Wednesday, December 5th, we will have our 2nd grade Classical book exchange! We would love for you to bring a wrapped, new or gently used book so that the students can enjoy giving a gift to one of their classmates and going home with a present.

Have a WONDERFUL holiday!

Mrs. Poncy

On Wednesday, December 5th, we will have a book exchange in class! We would love for you to bring a classical book that is new or gently used, so the students can enjoy giving a present to a friend and going home with a new book!

Looking forward to a wonderful week,

Dear Parents,

Thanksgiving is almost here! During this holiday, I'm specifically thankful God has seen it fit to allow me the opportunity to teach your child and to help build your child's view of God and His Kingdom. I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving break as we all take this holiday to rest in His provision, love, and eternal promises.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Mrs. Poncy

Important Info:

Independent Reading over the holidays: Please continue to encourage your child to read over the break and to incorporate reading often. Please let me know if you need any ideas for series or authors your child might be interested in!
